Though I am sure you would prefer to draw your own children or grandchildren, this project will teach you the fundamentals: how to render facial structure; how to render features, and realistic hair, and all about mastering portrait color. Most importantly, you will become familiar with the Color Pencil selections for portraits. Makes a great introduction to portraits for the beginner to intermediate student.
