This project offers the student the option of a mixed media approach. The striking periwinkle-blue background can be created in Color Pencil, or you can paint it with a traditional craft paint. Using the Yellow-Orange Canson Mi-Tientes Paper allows for an effect of a matted picture, without the expense. This project has been very popular in my one day seminars.
REFUND POLICY
Menendez Art Studio ships our products in good faith. We hope our customers will be happy with their purchases. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in error. We will work with the customer if the product we ship is found to be defective. It is not our responsibility if a product is damaged or lost in shipment. We send tracking numbers for each shipped sale so that the customer may track their package and work with the US Post Office if lost.

SHIPPING
We Ship only in the USA. No International shipments. Ship by USPS with Tracking Numbers. Shipping days listed are from the time your order has shipped and you receive your tracking numbers. We are a home-based business and travel teach,so we may be out of town when you place your order and cannot ship out to you until we return home.
