A fun and informative first project for beginners to learn basic watercolor pencil skills!
Wouldn’t you rather be thinking of Spring? I created this project, “Black Swallowtail” to explore helpful color pencil techniques that carry over to other wildlife projects. You will be introduced to the techniques using ink and color pencil together; how to create detailed wings; how to capture dramatic lighting to emphasize form; and my floral technique. This is an excellent seminar for beginners!
