In this project you will learn how to create a chestnut stallion in a dramatic afternoon light, using new and helpful color pencil techniques that carry over to other projects. You will be introduced to the techniques of capturing the coat and the flowing mane; how to capture the glass-like quality of the eyes; how to render a dramatically lighted subject; and how to create metallic the surfaces on the harness and bridle.  This project is designed for the intermediate student.
